She knows firsthand the struggles of inadequate care, poor quality hay and feed, and irresponsible discontent by barn facility owners. Kim has a passion and love for horses and understands that they have individual needs - and their incredible healing power. In 2001, Kim’s great Aunt Alice, gifted her $5,000. She spent much of it on a purchase of a horse named Jethro. Through two cancer survivals, a divorce and working far too many years, in a job she didn't love, Jethro has always been her rock.
